It's been almost three months since Iowa Western Community College wide receiver Deon Long committed to Maryland, and he still has every intention of heading to College Park next year. The former Dunbar (D.C.) and New Mexico Lobo apparently talks up the Terps all the time, according to Iowa Western assistant Donnie Woods, a former Maryland player himself.
