Lee looking at two in-state schools
Jefferson defensive end Clarence Lee joins a long line other prospects in the class of 2010 that not only excel on the football field but the basketball court as well. In fact, the 6-foot-5, 210-pound junior is having a monster season on the hardwood with averages of 17 points, 20 rebounds, and seven blocks per game in leading Jefferson to the state playoffs which begin this week.
However, like many of those other prospects, it also means that Saturdays � days that could be used for unofficial visits to schools interested in the athletic defender � are being used for games and practices on a weekly basis. As a result, despite the fact that Lee is "hearing from everybody" and has been invited to multiple junior days by schools across the southwest, he hasn't been able to attend many of them yet. In fact, he's been so dedicated to basketball that he hasn't had a chance to even call any coaches from the schools that are recruiting him, but has received plenty of attention from those coaches.
