THE OUTLOOK -- Though Rickards has had little success against the Trojans, the Raiders have shown that they are a new team compared to the one that finished one game over .500 with a +10 point differential last year. Compare that to a 1-9 season in 2011, and it's easy to see that Rickards has it's eye on the district 2-5A title this year.
Lincoln had last week off after opening the season August 24 and the break was needed to rest some nagging injuries
Rickards is led by athlete Charles Kelly, who is a do-it-all type athlete that the Trojans will need to contain.
If Kelly gets loose, the Raiders will control the tempo. LB Jeff Williams for Lincoln will likely draw the assignment of stopping the Alabama State commit.
Lincoln QB Darius Harvey continues to gain confidence in the Trojan offense.
