FORT MYERS - The following is the Beef 'O' Brady's Top 25 high school football poll. First place votes are in parentheses, followed by classification, record and points. Here is this week's list.
I get that Pahokee had to forfeit 2 wins, but isnt this poll about who the best teams in the state are?
Are they any worse because they had to forfeit 2 wins?
Their players are still the same, they run the same system as they did 2 weeks ago when they were top 10. I don't see why they should get knocked down, other than as punsihment - though what would be the point of a poll if the teams aren't ranked as they really should be?

Same can be said for Kathleen, before they had to forfeit games I thought they were a lock to go at least to the 4 round. Kathleen would beat half, probably more then half of the teams in that poll. But they sit at 3-6 after being 8-0 at one point.

I too had Kathleen making it to the 4th Round....you gotta feel for those seniors...

Yep you have to, they have not been all that great lately. So, the seniors don't really have any playoff run to look back on and remember. This is the first year in a long time that they have been a threat to make it to the title game.
