Patterson very familiar with hometown team

Tim Patterson, a 6-5, 225-pound linebacker from Central H.S. in Louisville, currently holds three solid scholarship offers. Rated as one of's top 250 for the class of 2010, Patterson continues to hear from his hometown team, and Coach Steve Kragthorpe has made it clear that the player could make an early impact if he stays home as a Cardinal.

While UofL wanted very badly to host Patterson at their most recent Junior Day event for local prospects, the talented player wasn't able to make the visit because his high school basketball team is still alive, attempting to make a return trip to the prestigious Kentucky Sweet 16.
