The Rivals Camp Series - Presented by UnderArmour March 22 in Orlando - is all set and loaded with the Sunshine State's premiere college prospects. It's an interesting collection of future college football talent, and we're anxious to see how the players stack up against each other.

Here's five defensive stars to keep an eye on.

Five to watch - Defense
CeCe Jefferson
Defensive Tackle
6-foot-3, 260
Baker County (Glen St. Mary)

What to watch for - Jefferson is a tad undersized for tackle, but his explosiveness and playmaking along the line is undeniable. He's a terrific player, but lining up against the state's best offensive line talent could prove to be a challenge. He has offers from the nation's best programs and will announce on signing day.

Byron Cowart
Strongside Defensive End
6-foot-3, 248
Armwood (Seffner)

What to watch for - Another Rivals five-star in the camp -and one that looks to make an impact. Between Jefferson and Cowart, the speed of the defensive line will be on display. Cowart has the experience of going against some of the best linemen - having played against some pretty beefy linemen last year in the state playoffs. In one-on-ones it will be interesting to see his power rush and his rip technique, plus is he able to maneuver his way around a quicker and bigger offensive tackle.

Jeffery Holland
Outside Linebacker
6-foot-1, 223
Trinity Christian (Jacksonville)

What to watch for - Not many offensive tackles at this level can handle his speed off the edge. If Holland is to make a difference as a true freshman in college, he'll need to develop another pass rushing move, and this stage would be ideal to see him utilize it.

Scott Patchan
Defensive End
6-foot-6, 238
Freedom (Tampa)

What to watch for - Sporting an impressive offer list, Patchan has a chance to move up the rankings with a dominant performance. He has elite size, quickness, and awareness, and he's looking to make a major move. The Rivals Camp is a perfect stage for this defensive end to make a case for his fifth star.

De'Amontae Jackson
Middle Linebacker
6-foot-0, 250
North Marion (Citra)

What to watch for - As with any big middle linebackers, how he holds up in coverage will be interesting. Jackson is a terrific prospect, but can a program trust him in 3rd and long situations?
