70. William Sweet - First Coast - OL
Sweet earned offers from the likes of Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU and Miami, but felt closest with the coaches at North Carolina and committed during the spring. He's sticking with his UNC commitment and has gone on record saying he's remaining solid no matter what. Sweet will be protecting FSU QB commit De'Andre Johnson.
69. Charles Perry - Royal Palm Beach - LB
Perry is the epitome of what a commitment should look like in the recruiting world. He's been a Hurricane pledge since June of 2013 and has stayed true and loyal to Miami. Perry is looking forward to a big senior season in which Royal Palm Beach could make some noise as a team no one is expecting. He is ranked as the 36th best outside linebacker in the country.
68. Karan Higdon - Sarasota Riverview - RB
Higdon is one of the more underrated backs in the state of Florida, even though he has a solid recruit ranking of 5.7. He's committed to USF right now, but whatever team he signs with will be getting a workhorse when he's ready to carry the load. Besides USF, he's taking a hard look at Arkansas, Iowa, and Kentucky.
67. Jamel Dean - Cocoa - DB
Cocoa made the 4A state semifinals last year and ran into the national champion Booker T Washington, and lost 49-10. Dean is the headliner of the senior class for Cocoa and should provide lockdown coverage in the secondary. Cocoa is expected to have a big year as they sit fairly high in the preseason polls, and Dean will have an impact on their defense.
66. Brendan Loftus - Godby - OL
Loftus recently committed to Miami and added to their impressive 2015 class. He has eyebrow raising size at 6-foot-6, 282-pounds. For the Godby Cougars, they started the 2013 campaign off with a thrashing of Plant in Raymond James Stadium in the fall kickoff classic, but were upset early in the 5A state playoffs, after they won it all in 2012. Loftus and his Godby squad are on a mission for a big season this fall.
65. Rashard Causey - St. Thomas Aquinas - DB
Causey transferred to St. Thomas Aquinas after his head coach at University School left for FAU. That also led to Causey committing to FAU, but he's only "50 percent" committed to the Owls. He's also mapped out five official visits to Florida State, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Miami and Michigan. St. Thomas Aquinas might be one of the best teams in the country and Causey will provide defensive leadership.
64. Jaylin Hayward - Godby - ATH
Another Godby senior that is looking for a big season before he leaves for college. Hayward is a little undersized but has the speed and skill to be used all over the field, and Godby will utilize him. On the recruiting front, USF or Kentucky seem like potential destinations.
63. Emonee Spence - Flanagan - WR
The Flanagan wide out committed to the local Canes after his junior day visit in February. Flanagan has a ton of talent and have a good shot to really make some noise this fall. Spence has a good connection with his quarterback Ryan Stanley, and the two should be a combo to be reckoned with.
62. Reuben Jones - Lake Gibson - DE
Lake Gibson is strong in the trenches this year, and Jones is the main reason why. He's very strong and physically gifted at 6-foot-4, 225-pounds. He has over 15 scholarship offers and will be headed to a Power Five conference school when it's time to put the pen to paper.
61. Von Davis - Mount Dora - ATH
We haven't heard too much about Davis on the recruiting front, 5-foot-11, 171-pounder camped at Florida State this summer and was really impressive. He is listed as the 25th best athlete in the country and has the highest possible three-star ranking at 5.7.
