Continuing our countdown of the top 50 players in the state of Florida for the class of 2014, here's Number 30.
Rivals Four-star OLB Jacob Pugh from Tallahassee Godby is our No. 30 player in the FlaVarsity100 Class of 2014.
Pugh, at 6-foot-4, 236 pounds - has the speed and skill-set to stop the run, or drop back into pass coverage.
Pugh's versatile ability to play defensive end or pass coverage, or to rush the quarterback and stop the run, makes him very attractive.
But Pugh's committed to Florida State, where the hometown Seminoles have been strongest at lately - at linebacker.
"He's a guy that can rush the passer from his defensive end position," said Rivals Analyst Kynon Codrington "He can stop the run, set the edge and force things back inside. His long reach and speed allow him to do very well in pass coverage."
