Martinez is the perfect fit for Florida State. A physical, strong offensive lineman who uses his body very well. He has great punch-block skills, landing right at the correct level to control a defender. As a guard, he's a key on the line and can open holes with his leg strength. He stays at pad level with his drive blocks and controls the inside defenders very well.
