FlaVarsity analysts have reviewed the players, the film and the accolades and compiled our own Post-season countdown of the top 50 players in the state of Florida for the class of 2014.
We've hit the Top 5. Here are the best of the best - the Rivals 5-stars.
Travis Rudolph went from the 19th ranked player in Florida (pre-season) to the top-ranked player - and he did it convincingly.
It started at the Rivals100 Challenge in Chicago - where Rudolph impressed the analysts enough to gain him a fourth-star and jump him to the 153rd spot in the August rankings. From there it was a stellar season with the Cardinal Newman football team, taking them to the post-season in a tough district that featured American Heritage-Plantation and a first-round playoff game against Immokalee - minus their starting quarterback.
Rudolph really made a lasting impression at the UnderArmour All America game - where he showed off his speed, his agility and his soft hands. Not only does he run clean routes, but he blocks downfield and has break-away speed.
Rudolph chose Florida State in St. Petersburg during the UnderArmour game and hasn't changed his mind - despite several pushes by Florida and others.
