St. Petersburg, Fla. -- Mike Singer of Rivals.com checked out the scrimmage between Team Florida and Ultimate Stopping Grounds, the top 7v7 programs in Pinellas County, on Sunday afternoon. Below are prospects that impressed Singer the most, in no particular order.

At 6-foot-3, 270-pounds, Taylor doesn't lack size, but he also doesn't lack athleticism. Taylor knows how to use his frame to shield off much smaller defensive backs and even linebackers. Taylor dropped one easy pass on the day but showed soft hands the rest of the day. He'll likely play on the defensive line at the next level, but he's shown that he could play on offense as well. He holds early offers from the likes of Miami, Michigan, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The Hurricanes and Rebels have established themselves as early leaders in Taylor's recruitment.

Beaton played safety and locked down receivers on the outside all day long. He has a thick build and plays very physical. Beaton looked fantastic in the one-on-one period. Toledo is the first school that's offered the Boca Ciega prospect.

Crankfield will suit up for Clearwater Academy this fall, a powerhouse 8-man football team. He was very smooth in and out of his routes and was the best receiver in the one-on-one period. Crankfield has great speed and catches the ball well. He hasn't emerged on the recruiting scene just yet, but whatever school that discovers him will be very happy.

Bobby Roundtree is a physical specimen that's hard to miss on the field. He's has really nice size and excellent athleticism. There just aren't too many recruits out there that are quality pass rushing defensive ends with very fluid skills at tight end. Roundtree has over ten offers.

Last week at the Rivals Camp Series stop in Orlando, Fla., Jones was very impressive with his razor sharp cuts out of his breaks. The Clearwater H.S. standout continued to impress on Sunday. On the first play of the scrimmage, Jones caught a pass over the middle and a defender couldn't get a hand on him as he ran in the long score. Jones has some big time offers and it's obvious why that's the case.

A 7v7 event isn't the best way to showcase a running back, but Lemons still had a nice afternoon. He has the size of a physical outside receiver but has the speed of a highly rated running back, which he is. Once Lemons improves on his pass-catching game as a running back, Lemons will be the complete package.

Blanch just has a very smooth game. He looks good at both receiver and defensive back, but I really liked him on the offensive side of the ball. Blanch has a knack of getting open. He holds an early offer from FIU.

The rising junior was lock down all day, and coaches on both sides of the contest were raving about his talent. Johnson has length and impressive ball skills. He has all of the makings to be one of the top defensive backs in Pinellas County in the class of 2018.
